The currently available positions are outlined below: -


  • Maintenance Engineer

    A qualified aero engine/airframe technician with at least 5yrs relevant experience within an aviation maintenance environment of conducting maintenance activities and inspections of mid to large thrust commercial engine types. The post holder must be an organised, articulate and motivated professional.

    Experience in maintaining and inspecting engine types such as CFM series, V2500, CF6 series, RB211-535E4 and PW4000


  • Senior Powerplant Consultant - UK based

    As a Senior Powerplant Consultant at WAM you will be responsible for a wide scope of engine technical and commercial projects ranging from engine selection, fleet planning, shop visit management, transition management and end of life solutions. With a broad experience of a range of engine types, you will apply your technical and commercial knowledge of the aviation industry to successfully deliver projects on behalf of our large third party customer base. Being able to successfully interact with global airlines, lessors, MROs and OEMs is a key requirement of this role as is the self motivation and flexibility to travel to all parts of the world.

  • Graduate - Engineering

    Entry level career opportunity for a Graduate or someone with formal aviation qualifications to join an established market leader in independent aircraft engine consultancy and asset management services.

    Over a two-year programme, you will gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our business and the wider aviation industry. Training and working within the Fleet Management Team, you will assist with various projects for prestigious clients. From day one, you’ll be encouraged and supported. You’ll take ownership of fast-paced projects – and enjoy on-the-job training to further develop your skills.

    We are looking for someone that thrives on new experiences, challenges and learning opportunities.

    We need a career driven, professional individual with strong communication skills, who is passionate about aviation and self-motivated.

    You’ll have wide access to all aspects of the business, so this isn’t a typical engineering role. This position may also require international travel.
