The review is comprised of the structure, support guarantees, flexibility, cost, risk, return conditions, and contract value. A review by Willis Asset Management Limited also includes mark-up of the proposal and liaising with the lessor to secure a competitive and supportive agreement.

Engine Overhaul & Repair Contract Negotiation

From single engine events to long term fleet agreements, we have the experience to ensure an MRO agreement is customized to match the specific customer needs while highlighting and mitigating risk exposure, and balancing flexibility and cost.

Our analysis consists of the estimated shop visit costs, warranties, material scrap rates, inclusions, benefits, experience, capability, and contract value. A review by Willis Asset Management also includes mark-up of each proposal and liaising with the MROs to secure a competitive and supportive agreement.
